Australasian Institute of Pest Management Training (AIPMT) is a Registered Training Organisation offering training in the pest control industry for approximately 10 years. Some of our past students include Entomologists, State and Local Government Health Inspectors, Department of Main Roads (timber bridges) and Ergon Energy (timber power poles) employees.
To become a licensed pest control operator most state health departments require the units CPPPMT3005 Manage pest without applying pesticides, CPPPMT3006 Manage pests by applying pesticides & CPPPMT3018 Maintain equipment and pesticide storage area in pest management vehicles (Western Australia requirements are slightly different) of, Certificate CPP30115 in Urban Pest Management, to be completed (please check with your state department to confirm this). We concentrate in delivering the basics of these units in the quickest and easiest way possible to eliminate time costly delays. We have over 37 years experience in the pest management industry.
Once your enrolment and student fees have been received, you will be issued with a text book for your studies and then be emailed the appropriate log on information to access our on line training. Once deemed competent in all areas and the final assessment has been passed the student is then awarded with their statement of attainment which can then be used to get their Pest Control Technician license at your state health department.
